Hi, I’m Andi Stewart, an environmental engineer who turned a love of problem-solving, people, and purpose into A2 Impact Solutions.

I earned my B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Miami – Go Canes! I then went on to pursue an MBA and complete my M.S. degrees in Safety & Occupational Health and Environmental Management. In other words: I’ve spent a lot of time learning how complex systems work…and how to fix them.

For over two decades, I’ve led environmental programs in both the private and government sectors, where my job was to take complicated problems, break them into manageable pieces, and build practical solutions that actually work. And it turns out…that same engineering brain is pretty great for resume strategy, college admissions guidance, and helping people navigate major life decisions.

Today, I use the exact skills that made me successful in engineering (systems thinking, clarity, data-driven decision-making, and a whole lot of real-world experience) to help students, families, and professionals tell their stories with confidence. Whether we’re mapping out a student’s path to their dream school or rebuilding a mid-career resume, my goal is always the same: make the process simpler, more authentic, and way less overwhelming.
