Hi, I’m Andi Stewart, a professional environmental engineer who turned a love of problem-solving, people, and purpose into A2 Impact Solutions.
For over two decades, I’ve led environmental programs in both the private and government sectors, where my job was to take complex problems, break them into manageable pieces, and build practical solutions that actually work. It turns out… that same engineering brain is pretty great for resume strategy, college admissions coaching, and helping people figure out their next step.
Today, I use the exact skills that made me successful in engineering – systems thinking, clarity, data-driven decisions, and a whole lot of real-world experience – to help students, families, and professionals tell their stories with confidence. Whether we’re mapping out a student’s path to their dream school or rebuilding a mid-career resume from the ground up, my goal is always the same: make the process simpler, more authentic, and way less overwhelming.
