2. Initial Consultation

We’ll schedule a brief meeting—either in person, online, or over the phone—to discuss your career goals, target industries or roles, and any specific strengths or achievements you'd like to highlight.

3. Drafting Your “Working Resume”
Using your existing resume and/or questionnaire responses, we'll build your Working Resume. This is your master document—a living record of all your professional experience, education, training, and achievements. Think of it as your personal career archive. Keep this version updated as you grow and evolve professionally.

4. Your Turn to Review
We'll send your Working Resume back to you for review. This is your opportunity to fill in any gaps, correct inaccuracies, and add anything we might have missed. It’s important that this document feels true to you—because it is!

5. Finalizing the Working Resume
Once you’ve made your edits, we'll incorporate them into a polished version of your Working Resume for your personal files.

6. Creating Your Targeted Resume
Based on our initial consultation and your career goals, we'll use the content from your Working Resume to craft a Final Resume tailored for the roles or industries you’re pursuing.

7. Review & Proof
We'll send you a draft of your Final Resume to review. Please check it carefully and share any feedback or corrections.

8. Final Delivery
Once all edits are approved, we'll do a final proofread and deliver your completed resume in PDF and/or Word format—ready for job applications, networking, or wherever your next chapter takes you!
